Welcome to Kollab - a warm and welcoming evening on an eccentric and cozy houseboat, jam-packed with music, words and a beautiful attentive audience!
Delighted to be welcoming the warm energy and musical talent of Kat Abel and Leo Nathan, as part of their spring tour.
As usual the mic will be open to all forms of creativity and all levels of experience. Please email [email protected] before the event to request a slot.
There's no bar, so please bring your own drinks, hot or cold, alcohol or otherwise.
Doors open 6.45pm and we'll start promptly at 7pm

KAT ABEL and LEO NATHAN
Kat Abel's music is shaped by real life, real friendship, and a lot of playing together.
If you’re new to them: think the soulful warmth of Olivia Dean and Corrine Bailey Rea and the playful, poetic songwriting of Nectar Wood, and the colourful, harmony-rich world of Hiatus Kaiyote — but with their own twist.
She has been described as an ‘“emotional fusion of soul and jazz, with a voice that would grace any genre”
Joining Kat is long-time collaborator Leo Nathan, fresh off his own headline tour. Leo’s music has been described as ‘capturing that golden in-between of being uplifting yet emotional, familiar yet fresh.’
Both Leo and Kat have been playing live on festival stages across the UK at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Secret Garden Party and Isle of Wight to name a few.
Their chemistry is the kind you can’t fake — they share a rhythm section and a kind of musical sibling energy that lifts everything they make together.
Expect retro soul, jazz colours, and modern pop energy, all in one warm, joyful, slightly chaotic cocktail.
