Make art and enjoy community at The Dabbler's Collective's monthly Craft Club!
At Craft Club, you choose from a menu of crafts. We provide all the materials and any support you need, and you enjoy self-guided craft time with friends new and old. While delighting in some delicious food and beverage from Tabletop, of course.
Do you want to incorporate more photos of your loved ones throughout your space, but crave more of an artistic vibe? Girl, same. April's Craft Club will feature three projects that will turn your photos into pieces of art!
Guests will bring their own 4x6 photos, and we will supply all the other materials. All projects include a photo frame, so your artwork will be ready to hang!
- Photo Embroidering: Embellish your favorite photos with embroidery! This project is beginner-friendly with so many accessible designs, but can also be made soooo intricate if you're already a seasoned crafter. Comes with a photo frame!
Beginner friendly?: Yes! - Photo Paper Weaving: Paper weaving is a super approachable process that treats paper like a textile. This is a fun and abstract way to make art from your photos! Explore different weaving patterns, use different materials, and enjoy the meditative vibe of threading little strips of paper through other little strips of paper. Comes with a photo frame!
Beginner friendly?: Yes! - Photo Mixed Media Collaging: Collaging is a fun way to add some silliness and creative flair to your photos! Re-imagine the background, add color and pattern, and more - the possibilities are limitless.
