Please bring your drums, rattles, or any other rhythm instruments you enjoy using, along with any chants or songs you would like to share with the group. It will be a wonderful opportunity to raise energy together, connect through rhythm and voice, and celebrate community. Everyone is welcome, and we look forward to creating a powerful and uplifting circle with you all.
