Join us for a one-hour, foundational flow designed for everyone — whether you’re brand new to yoga, yoga-curious, or already practicing elsewhere.
Our intention is simple: bring people together, share movement + breath, and introduce more of our community to yoga and our studio.
Expect a welcoming space, accessible poses, gentle guidance, and options for all levels. Come as you are — just bring your mat (we have a few extras if needed!).
