About this Event
4 Week Belly Dance Course for Beginners/Improvers. Perfect for absolute beginners or those with some experience looking to get back into Belly Dance. You'll be amazed how much you can learn in 1 month.
When : Tuesdays 8pm-9pm
Dates : April 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th 2023. One time payment covers all 4 weeks.
Location : Islington Studios, Marlborough Rd, N19 4NF, London UK.
What you will learn:
The important foundation moves to get your Belly Dance Training started and make you fall in love with this art form. Every week you will start to understand how your body learns, connects, and see how it all falls into place.
- Simple & fun teaching style instructions that teaches you to get to know & learn how to use different muscles in your body.
- Build your isolations, coordination, gracefulness, improve your range of flexibility & feel extra gorgeous & confident in your own skin and body!
- A short simple choreography we will work on for 4 weeks and by the end it will encourage you to learn & understand how to put different movements together, some rhythm and how these moves synchronise so well with the music.
Courses are non-refundable once payment is made and if the classes can go on as usual.
All classes are taught safely with instructions on warm up, technique and cool down.
