Description of Workshop/ Class:
“Choose Your Own Design” Resin Class on an 8x10 Glass Frame
Saturday, April 25th 3-5 pm
Join us for an art resin class where you will create your very own resin piece from start to finish. You will have a variety of materials to work with to design your project such as crushed glass, fire glass, seashells, starfish, etc. You are welcome to bring your own seashells or beach glass to include in your piece. You are welcome to bring a printed template or a picture of a project design.
ALL materials are included in the price for a completely finished project.
$85 per person
We will walk you through the entire process of designing your project, mixing your resin, and “drizzling” your resin over your entire piece of glass for a finished product.
PROJECTS DO REQUIRE 24-48 HOURS OF DRY TIME. A PICK UP TIME WILL BE SPECIFIED IN CLASS.
There will be examples provided along with templates to use as guides underneath your glass.
Leave your jewelry at home and wear an old shirt or bring an art smock/apron along. Resin is unforgiving on clothing and jewelry.
Frame selection and color are based on availability.
Melanie and Ed Roche of M & E Creations will guide you through the entire process.
