April 2026 Walk

Looking forward to seeing you at our April walk. As usual it’ll be a relaxed and gentle walk in Priory Country Park in Bedford.
The walk is especially for greyhounds and lurchers but other breeds are also welcome to join in. It's a great way to socialise your dogs and meet like minded people.
The walk will last between 45-60 minutes but a shorter route is available for those that need it.
During the walk, all dogs must be kept on lead and a muzzle worn if needed. Please keep in mind that there will also be homeless hounds walking with us who might be new to walking in a park and have never seen other breeds before.
We'll be meeting near the car park, which is free, just before 10:30am and setting off shortly afterwards so that we’re back in time for people to have some refreshments.
There are toilets near the cafe should you need them and the parking is free.
No need to book this walk, just turn up and join in.
We’ll also have the usual donations bucket and if anyone wants to bring some home made cake to share…… or treats for the dogs, please do so 😁
