Nourish your body and soul with this divine duo of dance and dinner.
Shake It Off Dance teacher Kristin Battersby will have you feeling all the feels with her killer playlist and easy to follow dance moves. This is not about getting the steps right or following complicated choreo. It's 1000% about the joy of being in your body and moving that ass.
Class is followed by a Sweet Antelope Dinner where all those endorphins and oxytocin will be put to good use connecting with your fellow dancers. Relax, eat good food and remember why we're on this planet. To experience joy, goddamn it! Our menu is based on what we harvest from the backyard farm that week.
