A three-course plated luncheon will be served. Free parking is available at the New Haven Lawn Club, which is handicap and ADA Accessible, and on the Yale Shuttle and CT Transit bus lines.
Andrew Metrick is the Janet L. Yellen Professor of Finance and Management at the Yale School of Management and Director of the Yale Program on Financial Stability. A leading expert on financial crises and systemic risk, his research focuses on the regulation of financial institutions and the causes and consequences of the 2007–2009 financial crisis.
Professor Metrick earned his Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and his B.A. in economics and mathematics from Yale University. Before joining the Yale faculty in 2008, he held positions at Harvard and the Wharton School. He also served on the Council of Economic Advisers in Washington, D.C., and was Deputy Dean of the Yale School of Management from 2010 to 2016.
