Join us by the beach on Sunday, April 5 for a functional mobility class: what it is, why it matters, and how to build a daily mobility practice.
Tight hips? Neck and shoulder tension? Active but constantly stiff? This one's for the runners, hikers, surfers, lifters, and anyone spending long hours at a desk. If you're already active but never make time for mobility, this class is for you.
1 ticket includes:
- 1-hour mobility class with Lauren Spearman of @rnbyoga, set to Don Toliver and other R&B tracks
- Science-backed discussion on mobility's benefits for performance and recovery
