Appalachian HorrorFest returns for its 2026 season with a full day of storytelling, folklore, creativity, and community, hosted at the Holiday Inn-Cedar Bluff in West Knoxville. This year’s festival brings together Appalachian storytellers, musicians, regional artists, and horror enthusiasts for an immersive celebration of the stories that shape our mountains.
