Apogaea 2026: Mythos and Mechanica invites you into a world where ancient stories collide with speculative futures, where gods, legends, gears, circuits, and wild imagination coexist. This year’s theme celebrates the tension and harmony between myth and machine. Think hand-forged magic, sentient technology, clockwork creatures, digital deities, and the stories we tell to make meaning of it all. Bring your lore, your inventions, your rituals, your big weird ideas, and help build a living world that blurs the line between the primordial and the futuristic.Apogaea is a five-day, community-driven arts and culture event inspired by the Ten Principles, including radical self-expression, radical self-reliance, gifting, participation, and leave no trace. Set in the Colorado mountains, Apogaea exists because of its participants. There are no spectators here. Everyone contributes, creates, and shapes the experience together through art, music, workshops, performances, and shared moments of connection.
