About this Event
May 13th 7-9pm (doors open at 6:30pm)
Instructed by Olivia Navarro
Curious about the world of herbs? Join us for a hands-on, sensory workshop designed to introduce you to the benefits, uses, and magic of both popular and lesser-known herbs. We’ll start with an engaging introduction to herbs, exploring how different herbs can support wellness, cooking, and everyday rituals. You’ll get to sample a variety of herbal teas, oils, and other plant-based treats while learning how to incorporate them into your daily life.
Then, we’ll get our hands in the soil! In the second half of the workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own Mini Herb Garden. We’ll cover the basics of transplanting, seed sowing, and the materials you need to successfully grow herbs at home, even in small spaces.
You will leave with
- *A starter herb plant (optional add-on)
- A beginner-friendly herb zine
- The skills and confidence to grow your own herbs
Perfect for the herb curious, plant lovers, and anyone looking to connect with nature, build practical skills, and spend a cozy, community-centered evening.
