The AO Global Coaches Conference returns bigger and better, bringing the world’s coaching community together at the Australian Open. With a focus on connection, education, and experience, the event is designed to inspire coaches at every level while shaping the future of our game.

The conference program has been designed across three tailored streams, offering flexibility and depth to suit all coaching interests:

• Keynotes & Panel Discussions
  Keynotes and plenary sessions from global leaders in coaching, player development, and innovation.

• On-Court Masterclasses
  On-court masterclasses with leading experts, exploring contemporary training methods, constraints-led coaching, and player development in action.

• Business Masterclasses
  Dedicated sessions focused on tennis business, leadership, and operations to future-proof coaching businesses and venues.

Complementary Disciplines

On Thursday 15th January, we take the AO Global Conference off-site as we explore the fast-growing racquet sports of Padel, Pickleball and POP Tennis, giving coaches the chance to immerse themselves in the formats that are rapidly capturing attention across Australia and around the globe.

Here we will showcase how these sports are creating new pathways for both established tennis coaches and those looking to enter the coaching profession, unlocking fresh opportunities in expanding markets.

Held at one of Australia’s premier purpose-built facilities, the day promises hands-on learning, insights from experts, and plenty of inspiration to future-proof your coaching career.

Networking & Nibbles

Wind down after a big day at the conference with Networking & Nibbles, held Monday to Wednesday afternoons once the formal sessions conclude. These relaxed gatherings are the perfect chance to connect with fellow coaches, speakers and industry leaders over drinks and light bites while enjoying a special guest appearance each day. Attendance is free as a ticket add on, with extremely limited places available, and each delegate may select one afternoon session per conference ticket (while tickets last).

Start the Australian Open main draw in style with the AO Big Coach Breakfast, held on Sunday 18 January 2026, the opening day of the tournament. Exclusive to TA Coach Members and their guests, this casual and light-hearted event celebrates the incredible efforts of coaches over the past year while offering the perfect opportunity to connect, unwind and soak up the atmosphere of Day 1 at the AO.
