The City of Fremantle honours ANZAC Day each year on the 25th of April at its unique location on Monument Hill. On this day we commemorate the Australian soldiers and sailors who left our shores to serve overseas, paying tribute to their service and sacrifice.
Events include:
- Dawn Service: 5:50am | Fremantle War Memorial, Monument Hill
- Morning Service: 9:00am | Fallen Soldiers War Memorial, Queen Victoria Street
- ANZAC Day March: 10:15am | Step off from Pioneer Park
- Poppy Installation & Workshop: 9:30am | Walyalup Koort
