Mark your calendar for April 18 and invite family and friends for this years fun filled event of spectacular floats racing around the harbour for cool prizes.Anything That Floats is a fun race around the inside of the Old Harbour on (literally) 'Anything that Floats'!
The day is hosted by the Yacht Club in aid of Station 9 – located in the Old Harbour, Gordon’s Bay – because this is the NSRI station we call on (more often than we’d like to) to assist us when someone is in trouble.
You have two choices:
1. Gather a team and build a float, or
2. Come alongside a team and support a float and enjoy the fun
Support a float
Choose a float on our social media. Scan the QR code, donate an amount towards their entry contribution by referencing the team name. All donations go straight to our local NSRI Station 9 at Gordon's bay.
Build a float
Get a team together, create a team name and build a float to compete in the races around the harbour for cool prizes.
And it really is fun! Not many of the floats make it all the way and there is a great vibe in the harbour.
ENTRY
The entry contribution is an unlimited (minimum R 350) donation to the NSRI and can be paid as follows:
