Anish Sood, professionally known as Anyasa, is an Indian DJ and electronic music producer from Goa. He began his career under his birth name, gaining recognition in India’s electronic music scene. In 2021, he adopted the alias Anyasa, marking a shift towards integrating classical Indian vocals with modern electronic music. This transition was highlighted by his debut EP, “Gaya,” released on Anjunadeep, making him the first Indian artist signed to the label.  Following “Gaya,” he released the “Athena” and “Apollo” EPs, further establishing his unique sound. Anyasa has performed at notable venues worldwide, including Printworks in London and The Brooklyn Mirage in New York.  In 2024, he released the single “Closure,” featuring Coulson, and embarked on a tour across the U.S. and India.  His innovative fusion of Indian classical elements with electronic music continues to resonate with a global audience.
