Competitor Entry Fee: $110
Spectators: FREE
This meet will be a non-tested event. Traditional Weight classes will apply and wraps are permitted. A monolift will be used for squats.
⚖ 24-hour weigh in will be available (and highly recommended) on Saturday 22nd February 2025 @ 8am-10am (Session 1) and 12:00pm-2:00pm (Session 2). Openers only & APL membership number (or receipt) will be required at weigh-ins for sanctioned competitors.
Novice Competitors DO NOT require an APL membership.
This event is organised as a one day event, should we exceed 80 registrations, we will run this event across 2 days including a 24 hour weigh-in for both days.
🥇🥈🥉 Sanctioned event: Recognition of the overall male & female competitor will be based on the DOTS formula + medals for all weight classes.
Novice Event: Best Male and Female overall competitors for the novice session will win a 12 month FREE APL membership.

- Squat: Zerow Monolift + 25kg Goliath Squat Bar + Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars
- Bench: Zerow Competition Bench + 20kg Zerow PL Bar & Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars
- Deadlift: Texas Deadlift Bar + Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars
