Do you often worry about everything, avoid activities out of fear, or find yourself feeling down? Or perhaps you know someone who feels this way? This workshop is here to help.
Join us for a supportive session where we’ll explore anxiety, understand how it affects us, and learn effective strategies to manage it. In a relaxed setting, I'll share techniques for better sleep, time management, and coping with specific worries, all aimed at boosting understanding and communication.
You're welcome to bring a supporter for free—they can make a big difference in your progress. I also offer a 10-15 minute pre-workshop phone call to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have.
