Ready to take your shed dog beyond the basics?
Antler Shed Dog Training – Level 2 is an intermediate class designed for teams who already have a foundation and want to build real-world shed hunting skills in a clear, supportive way.
This is a 4-session progressive course that helps dogs gain confidence, improve search flow, and learn how to stay engaged in the hunt, skills that matter once you leave the training field.
⚠️ Only offered every other year. Spots are limited.
🦌 What You’ll Work On:
• Improving search patterns and follow-through
• Building confidence in new environments
• Staying engaged after a find
• Beginning work on finding more than one shed in a session
• Strengthening teamwork between handler and dog
• Clean pick-ups without pressure
This class focuses on progress, not perfection, dogs are allowed to learn, think, and build endurance at their own pace.
📚 Class Format:
• 4 structured sessions
• Small group instruction
• Dogs work individually
• Simple homework to support learning between classes
• Positive, low-pressure training approach
👥 Who This Class Is For:
✔ Dogs who have completed Antler Shed Level 1 or have similar experience
✔ Dogs with basic obedience and leash skills
✔ Handlers looking to build consistency and confidence
✔ Anyone interested in shed hunting, scent work, or enrichment training
🚫 Not intended for first-time shed dogs.
