Step back in time at the Cleo Redd Fisher Museum and experience the tastes and traditions of the 1800s! Join us during the Loudonville Street Fair for old-fashioned cider pressing and apple butter demonstrations right in front of the museum.See how early settlers turned apples into fresh cider and rich, flavorful apple butter using historic methods—and roll up your sleeves to help! Visitors will be invited to stir the apple butter kettle, turn the cider press, and sample the results.
This hands-on demonstration is free and family-friendly, offering a chance to learn, taste, and connect with the heritage of our region.
🍎 Interested in doing more? We are seeking volunteers to help fill bottles!
