❤️What is a Sound Bath?❤️
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while sounds and vibrations from various instruments are played. These instruments can include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other harmonic tools. The term "bath" implies that the participants are immersed in the sounds, allowing the vibrations to wash over them, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and sometimes even spiritual or emotional healing. The intention is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals can let go of tension, quiet the mind, and enter a state of deep relaxation or meditation.

These affirmations are particularly powerful because they directly affirm one's identity and self-concept. By starting with "I am," they reinforce a sense of self-awareness and self-affirmation.

✅The 2 hour sound bath experience will start with a chakra balance and I AM affirmations then flow directly into the sound bath.
✅Plan for 2 hours so you have time to relax afterwards.
✅Get ready to relax, rejuvenate and feel amazing!
✅I will prepare the room with a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask and a blanket for everyone. Please feel free to bring a second yoga mat to double them up for extra cushion or an extra blanket or pillow to cuddle into or a second pillow or a bolster is nice behind the knees to take pressure off the lower back.
✅If you fall asleep this is completely normal and wonderful, don't worry if you snore...if it's too loud I will nudge you.

A sound bath is a healing experience that can't be replicated on-line, in a video or a recording. The in-person vibrational healing from the beautiful instruments is how the magic happens.
❤️During a sound bath...
The state of brain waves change from normal alert state (beta) to relaxation state (alpha), sleep state (theta) and even restoration state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease, and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state where deep healing can happen.
❤️The Benefits...
A sound bath reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but also has physiological benefits. These include reduced pain, better sleep, eliminating toxins and strengthening the immune system.
