Each gathering opens with a unique practice such as breathwork for emotional release, gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga, embodiment work, voice activation, or another meaningful mind–body modality. Every event carries a fresh theme and perspective — always nourishing, always intentional.
And then begins the sound.
Settle into your aerial hammock like a floating cocoon, or unwind in our warm and nurturing Nest Space layered with soft rugs, supportive pillows, and blankets. This sanctuary invites your body into effortless rest as you are bathed in the deep resonance of gongs, held by organic sound-healing instruments, and soothed by ethereal, therapeutic voice work.
