About this Event
Join us for a half or full-day retreat designed to calm anxiety and insomnia through yoga, meditation, and mindful self-exploration.
We will gather outdoors on Waikiki Beach, in front of the ocean and beneath the banyan trees, surrounded by nature’s soothing elements.
Morning Session — 7:30–9:00 AM
Begin the day with a Hatha Fusion yoga class, open to all levels, followed by 30 minutes of pranayama—breathwork practices designed to calm the nervous system and expand inner awareness. As you move and breathe, you’ll hear the birds and the waves, feel the grass beneath you and the ocean breeze around you, and be gently guided into deep relaxation.
After a short break, we will continue with one hour of gentle yoga to release tension and unwind further, followed by 30 minutes of restorative Yoga Nidra, supported by the healing sounds of singing bowls.
Self-Exploration Circle
We will gather under a banyan tree for a supportive sharing circle. You are warmly invited to express and explore your anxieties in a safe, compassionate space. Together, we will look at their roots and learn how to consciously release them with awareness—without judgment or denial. You can also share what release you felt during the yoga and meditation sessions. We will give you a custom protocole.
