**Anslee Davidson live at Eddie's Attic!****Wrapping up a very successful freshman year in the prestigious songwriting program at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Anslee Davidson returns to her home away from home, Eddie's Attic for one night only. She has performed at Eddie's solo, acoustic several times, but this show will be a special one as she is bringing her full band with her from Nashville. This is sure to be a fun-filled, high-energy performance as she celebrates her newest single release with fans, friends and family.**
Hailing from Greensboro, Georgia, Anslee Davidson began her musical journey in her early teens, picking guitars, humming melodies, and crafting songs with her dad. In 2020, at just 16 years of age, Anslee earned a Golden Ticket on American Idol, but her dreams were temporarily paused when she tested positive for COVID, only to emerge from the experience with an even stronger dedication to her craft.
In 2021, Anslee inked a deal with the artist development and management company, Oconee Music Foundry founded by Eric Dodd and Matt VanZant, and later joined by David Davidson. Anslee soon began making trips to Nashville to write with other songwriters and to hone her craft. Since then, Anslee has written hundreds of songs and had the opportunity to collaborate with some of Nashville’s finest, and shared the stage with notable artists, Kristian Bush from Sugarland, Drew & Ellie Holcomb, Rhett Akins, Restless Road, Deana Carter, and more.
With a voice described by Katy Perry as "Timeless," Anslee seamlessly blends Classic Country, Americana, Pop, and R&B. Inspired by the greats of country and rock music, Anslee has become a regular performer at the legendary “Bluebird Café” and rising-star showcase “Whiskey Jam” in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as the iconic Eddie’s Attic in Atlanta, Georgia.
Anslee made her mark in 2021 with the release of her debut single, "I’ll Wait for You," earning immediate recognition on Spotify’s editorial playlists. Her songs, including the acclaimed "Trouble with Georgia," continue to grace playlists like "New Music Friday Country" and "Fresh Finds Country," with the latter listing her track on "Fresh Finds Country: Best of 2022." The year 2023 saw Anslee's star rise further, with her debut music video for "Forget Me Not" featured on CMT.com. Her EP "Made Me" has reached over 1 million streams and secured the top spot on Spotify’s Fresh Finds Country Playlist. Her first release of 2024 saw Anslee’s song “Be Mine” featured on Spotify’s All Genre “Fresh Finds” and the music video on CMT, setting the stage for what promises to be her most remarkable year yet.
At only 19 years old, Anslee may be young, but her voice and lyrics define someone who knows who she is, where she is from, and that she has a message to share to the world about strength, hope and that life should be lived every day.
