The Culinary Experience: Our sit-down dinner will feature a traditional multi-course Wigilia feast, prepared to perfection:

〰️Breads: Marbled, Dark Rye, and Rustic Breads with Horseradish, Parsley, and Chive Butters
〰️Appetizer: Signature Recipe Cream Herring with Lemon and Pickled Turnips
〰️Soup: Mushroom with Barley Soup
〰️Dumplings: Filled Farmers Cheese Potato Dumpling with Fried Cabbage and Sour Cream
〰️Main Course: Haddock Filet Baked with Cucumber Aioli and Panko Crumbs, served alongside a winter medley of fresh vegetables (wine to be served with course)
〰️Salad: Roasted Golden Beet Salad with honey and walnut dressing
〰️Dessert: A delightful assortment of Authentic Polish Desserts
An Evening of Koledy: The evening's program will be enriched by the beautiful sounds of Polish Christmas carols (Koledy), featuring live musical performances by Jarek Kozal, Nick Palmer & more!
