Whitathon is the L V Prasad Eye Institute’s annual cause-related event to raise awareness and funds for Retinoblastoma. Since its inception in 2018, the Whitathon run has continued to grow and garner support across from citizens.
📸👁️ Retinoblastoma is an eye cancer that affects children under the age of five, and often shows up as a white reflex (leukocoria) in a child's eyes. A simple flash photo can help you detect the 'white reflex'
By registering for Whitathon, you will be funding advanced research, and free treatment for children and infants battling Retinoblastoma.
Participate in the Fun Runs [3K, 5K] or Timed Runs [5K, 10K and the 21K]
Whitathon's 21K Category also stands as the official Qualifier for the Hyderabad NDMC Marathon 2026.
