•To participate in this event and get on the roster, you must FIRST register and pay through EiE. (NOT Facebook). If you are NOT on the roster, you cannot participate.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
•Come join us for a Valentine’s Day party and craft. The children will be decorating a Valentine’s Day bag*, to put their Valentines in.*
★★What you need to BRING: PLEASE BRING 3 DOZEN VALENTINES TO SHARE. (Please fill them out PRIOR to the event. There will not be a "name list". However, you can fill them out with something akin to ..."To a friend, from _____ (put your child's name).
These will be put into the Valentine’s bags the children will make.
★For the POTLUCK. please BRING A VALENTINE’S TREAT/LUNCH ITEM TO SHARE. (Cookies, juice, cupcakes, pizza etc.…If your food item requires any utensils, plates, cups, serving spoons etc... please supply them. Thanks)

**Children will be using scissors and other craft items. Please supervise your children in their proper use. **

•This field trip may fill up BEFORE the registration deadline. If this happens, it will be closed to further sign-ups

★The Event Listing may be "publicly" viewable; HOWEVER, the event is only for HOMESCHOOL students in the 12th grade and below.
★Parents/guardians MUST accompany all minors.
★Our events are NOT "Drop-off" events. ★Adults MUST sign-up with a student. We do not offer an "Adult Only" option for our Events.
(Unless exceptions are noted in the event description or with prior approval).
★Adults MUST supervise their own children.

Many of our events occur in PUBLIC, and as such, Excellence in Education Academy has NO control over who is being photographed/filmed.
By signing up and attending a field trip/event, you UNDERSTAND and AGREE that there is a possibility that you, or a member of group, may have their photo/video taken at the event by others present, AND as such that image may be viewed in public.
