Our annual meeting is where we elect officers/board members, discuss the future season, and any other important topics.The club is always looking for new people to be involved so if you are interested in stepping up and helping the club please let any of the officers or board members know.
Everyone is invited to come at 6 pm with a dish for all to share. We will eat and socialize before our meeting which begins at 6:30pm.
Meeting location: Our meetings are held in the Exhibition Hall on the Topsham Fairgrounds.
