Tony Karrer is a founder and consulting CTO at TechEmpower a leading generative AI and web/mobile/software development company and founder & CTO of Aggregage, a fast-growing B2B media startup. Tony has worked with numerous startups as a fractional CTO including as the acting CTO for eHarmony for its first four years.
He is currently the fractional CTO of an AI healthcare company. In addition to working with startups, Tony has consulted on technology implementations for large companies including Credit Suisse, Citibank, Lexus, Universal Music, IBM, and HP. Tony is very active in the Los Angeles technology and startup ecosystem running the LA CTO Forum, the largest CTO group in the US.

KENNETH MAY | Co-Founder & Chief Technologist | Swift Chip
Ken May is the Co-Founder & Chief Technologist of Swift Chip, a cybersecurity expert and seasoned AI researcher who teaches Artificial Intelligence at Oxnard College. Since 2009, he’s led teams advancing offensive threat modeling, intrusion detection and response, digital security analytics, and business automation. A Community Instructor for SANS, Ken has trained professionals across the DoD, FBI, Homeland Security, and Fortune 500 organizations, and he regularly consults and speaks on fast-evolving security and AI topics.
His certifications include CEH; GIAC’s GPEN, GSEC, GCIH, and GAWN; CompTIA CSAP+, Pentest+, and CySA+; plus DFARS/ITAR (NIST 800-171) audit credentials. Ken has supported Fortune 500 companies, NASA contractors, and other MSSPs. He serves on the SANS Advisory Board and previously on CompTIA’s IT Security Executive Council, with additional advisory roles at the Museum of Ventura County and Oxnard College; he’s also affiliated with InfraGard and DHS’s HSIN. Holding a broad academic background from Thomas Aquinas College and a master’s in medicine from the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine, he’s the author of the Amazon best-seller The Art of Hacking and a recipient of the Pathways Community Recognition Award and CRN Next-Gen 250 recognition.

As VP - Client Solutions Partner at ilink-digital, he drives strategic alignment between enterprise business goals and scalable solutions in Cloud, Al/ML, Data, and Automation.
Goutham has led multi-year transformation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, enabling innovation through cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and intelligent automation. His broad industry experience spans healthcare, P&C insurance, retail & CPG, travel & hospitality, high-tech manufacturing. A graduate of the CTO Program at UC Berkeley and the Executive Leadership Program at UC San Diego, he brings a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and empathetic leadership to help organizations navigate the future of Al-driven enterprise evolution.
