In a Gong Puja, the sounds continue for 7 ½ hours which is the equivalent of ten 45 minute gong baths. Just one 45 minute gong session is said to clear the most immediate blocks, and 10 consecutive sessions is said to clear virtually all blocks - emotional, mental, physical, energetic, etc. This experience helps to purify and quiet the mind as the sounds are not harmonious and will likely get the conscious mind to surrender within 3-90 seconds. Doors open at 8pm.
Please plan to arrive early to ensure time for parking, and settling in.
The event will begin at 9pm with a brief chat about what to expect, followed by a brief opening ceremony.
Gong tones will begin at 9:30pm (at which point doors will be locked for the evening) and continue until 5am. At this point we will observe 10-15 minutes of silence, followed by a brief conclusion ceremony.
We will offer, prana-rich refreshments (fruit, nuts, water, tea), and a breathing meditation to get us settled, aligned, and ready to journey.
Consider bringing any favorite comfy blankets, pillows, and sleep pads to maximize relaxation; and perhaps a journal!
Space is limited to 50 participants.
The investment in this experience is $125.

Two parking lots will be available for use: one across the street just east of the church, and the other at North Taylor and Olive.
Additionally, there is plenty of on street parking.
Of course you are welcome to leave the event any time you need/wish to. You may simply see one of 5 facilitators for assistance.
