In December of 2004, tragedy struck the Baytown Fire Department when Probationary Firefighter Nito Guajardo passed away in a house fire. In honor of his memory and dedication to service, we hold the annual Nito Guajardo Memorial Golf Tournament to support our future leaders. We are excited to announce that this year's golf tournament will be held on October 3rd, 2025, at the Eagle Point Golf Course. Proceeds from this event will go to the Baytown Professional Firefighters Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The funds raised will provide scholarships for Baytown high school graduates who are pursuing higher education.
