The annual meeting of the members of the Greater Springfield Credit Union will be held at 5:00 PM on March 26th, 2026, at our offices at 1030 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, MA 01109.The purpose of this meeting is as follows:
1. To elect three (3) Directors to a three (3) year term.
2. To establish the maximum amount of credit that can be extended to any one member.
3. To consider any changes in the by-laws.
4. To consider any other business that may properly come before members.
Nomination of Directors is covered by the following extract from the by-laws:
Nomination of Directors Article 6 Section I (b):
Nomination of Directors must be made by members in good standing, who have been members for more than two (2) years prior to the date of the annual meeting. Nomination papers must be signed by at least ten (10) members in good standing and must be returned to the Credit Union office prior to 4:00 PM on the second Wednesday of March, which is March 11th, 2026.
Article 6 Section I (d):
Applicant cannot be an immediate family member of a Board Member or employee.
Nomination applications are available at the Credit Union’s Main Office.
Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
