About this Event
Brown County Soil & Water Conservation District Annual Meeting
đź“… March 9
🕕 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Join Brown County Soil & Water Conservation District for our Annual Meeting as we reflect on the past year, celebrate conservation successes, and look ahead to the work still to come.
This evening is an opportunity for landowners, partners, supporters, and community members to gather, connect, and learn more about the programs and projects protecting Brown County’s soil and water resources.
Featured Speaker
We are pleased to welcome Edward Oehlman with The Indiana Cerulean Warbler Birdscape as our guest speaker for the evening.
Edward will share insights on habitat restoration efforts supporting the Cerulean Warbler—one of Indiana’s species of greatest conservation need—and how forest management practices in southern Indiana are helping improve habitat for this iconic migratory songbird. Learn how thoughtful stewardship benefits both wildlife and working forests right here in Brown County.
