In preparation for the feast of the Patroness of the Archdiocese of Vancouver (Oct 07), the Vocations team is organizing an Urban Pilgrimage on Sunday, October 05th 2025.Join us as we pray the Holy Rosary (all four mysteries - Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious) and walk, rain or shine, through the city towards Holy Rosary Cathedral in time for Vespers, Benediction, and an opportunity for the Sacrament of Confession.
Schedule on Oct 05, 2025
- Begin at Our Lady of Hungary Parish (1810 E 7th Ave, Vancouver - beside the Broadway Skytrain Station) at 1:30 PM - pray the 1st rosary.
- Go to St Francis of Assisi Parish (great devotee of our Lady) - pray the second rosary.
- Go to Sacred Heart Parish - pray the third rosary.
- Arrive at Holy Rosary Cathedral - pray the fourth rosary outside.
- Go inside our Cathedral for Vespers and Benediction at 5:30 pm with an opportunity there to gain an indulgence for the Jubilee year.
