A couple of notes:

- If you have an issue, comments, or concerns you can always submit it on the Contact form on the website. This goes to the board for review. You don't have to wait for the yearly meeting.
- The covenants and bylaws are on the website. Please review them prior to bringing up issue. As a homeowner, it is your responsibility to be aware of the contents of the covenants.
- If you wish to bring an issue to the meeting, please be prepared to propose a solution as well.
- The HOA is NOT responsible for anything on the street. This includes vehicle / parking nuisances. These are your neighbors, so we encourage a peaceful conversation first. Otherwise, you may submit a report at https://www.omahahotline.com/
Meeting will be held in the Gym at the church. You can access this by entering the lower entrance by the playground.
