Annual Historic Anacostia Strolling Caroling

Get ready to spread some cheer at our fun, easy-paced community caroling event in Historic Anacostia! Join your neighbors for an evening of holiday singing, featuring a mix of classic and modern carols. All are welcome, regardless of age or mobility, and no singing experience is required.

Event details:

• Convening point: We will meet at Fire Station 15 to kick things off.
• Refreshments: Enjoy light refreshments, sponsored by the Anacostia Coordinating Council, before we begin.
• Duration: Following some festive mingling, the caroling stroll will commence at approximately 6:00/6:15 p.m. and continue until participants are finished singing. Carolers are welcome to join for a portion or the entirety of the event.
• Songbooks provided: Don't worry about memorizing lyrics—we'll have songbooks ready for everyone.
• Special guest: Santa has committed to joining the full evening of festivities.
• Rain date: The alternate date for the event will be Sunday, December 14.
