The City of Texarkana, Texas Bowie County Family Health Clinic will host the Annual Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, May 7th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Southwest Center located at 3222 W 7th Street.
Attendees can connect with local and regional organizations and businesses focused on supporting and improving physical, mental, and financial health. The event will feature free services such as:
•Blood sugar checks
•Vision screenings
•Cholesterol checks
•Fire Safety
•Blood donation
•Child passenger Safety
•Car seat inspections
•Victim services
•Hospices services
•Baseline mental health screenings
•Volunteer recruitment for foster care children
•Independent and assisted living services

In addition to valuable resources, this free, family-friendly event will offer door prizes throughout the day and feature local favorites Mama Nem and Dre’licious, serving up great food for vendors and attendees.
