Annual General Meeting with food, drinks and networking

Our AGM is the perfect opportunity for you to find out more about our activities over the last year, the new events we have brought you and other local activity... but that’s not all!

You can also enjoy the hospitality at the Guildhall, where, following the AGM you will be able to enjoy some delicious food and drinks whilst chatting to fellow members in an excellent networking opportunity.

The formalities of the AGM will include the following before you have the opportunity to network:

· Welcome and opening statement

· Confirmation of previous minutes

· President’s Report and Charity Presentations

· Review of the Chamber Accounts

· Retirements, nominations and appointment of Directors

· Confirmation of Past President, President and Vice Presidents

· Nomination and appointment of the office of honorary solicitor, honorary treasurer and company secretary, Chamber Chaplain

· Announcement of co-opted and strategic partners, patrons and charities for the ensuing year

We ask guests to arrive from 5pm and the AGM will begin promptly at 6pm.

Note: The AGM and following event is free for Salisbury Chamber of Commerce members (one ticket per business) and includes food and a drink. Additional tickets can be purchased and non-members can also purchase tickets for the networking part of the evening only from 6.30pm.
