We invite all Gympie Chamber of Commerce Members to our Annual General Meeting and Christmas Drinks.Part of the AGM formalities will be the election of the management committee members for the next 12 months.
If you wish to nominate for a position on the management committee, please complete the Nomination Form and return to [email protected] no later than 5.15pm on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
Should you not be able to attend the AGM, and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please download Apology & Proxy form which can be emailed to the above email address or brought to the meeting by your proxy.
In addition to the AGM, we extend this invitation for you to stay after the meeting and join us for Christmas Drinks. RSVP essential by 5pm Monday 1st December 2025. Please note that the AGM will be held in the Diggers Room this year.
Come and catch up with your fellow members, socialise and celebrate the achievements of 2025.
Finger food and first drink will be provided immediately following the AGM and additional drinks will be available to purchase from the bar.
There is no cost for this event, but we ask that you RSVP your attendance for catering purposes.
