Our Annual General Meeting will be held on April 2nd at 6:30 PM at The Malcolm Hotel.
Attendance Requirements:
*One representative per registered team is required to attend.
*This is an open-door meeting — players from any team, as well as anyone interested in joining a team this season, are welcome to attend.
Agenda:
*Introduction of two new teams
*Issuing of the season schedule
* Updates on SPN registration
* Treasury Report
*Updates on diamond upgrades in coordination with the Town of *Canmore and Bow Valley Little League
*Overview of league rules
*Discussion of annual fundraising initiatives
