We would like to extend an invitation to join the 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐀𝐆𝐌) on 11 March 2026 at Rosewood Phnom Penh, starting at 12PM to 2PM.As per our constitution, 𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟓𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬, either attending in person or by proxy (to be submitted at the beginning of next month), is required for the meeting to proceed. Every IBC member in good standing (meaning having paid your membership for 2026) will be eligible to vote and obtain 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 to attend.
