Speaker - Heather Hancz, Esq.

Heather Hancz is an Attorney in the Employment Law Services department of Employers Council. She provides trainings and seminars, as well as legal advice and counsel to members regarding federal and state employment law, including employee leave laws, discrimination, harassment, drug and alcohol issues, and other employment law matters. She has also successfully represented members in administrative agency hearings and charges before state and federal administrative agencies. Heather delivered the keynote Employment Law Update at the Employers Council Employment Law Conference in 2023 and 2024.

Prior to joining the Employers Council, Heather litigated employment and complex business cases in private practice and served as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
