Annual Educator Day 2026

Join us for this year’s Annual Educator Day, a welcoming and engaging event bringing together medical and healthcare educators for a day of learning, conversation and networking focused on the future of education and the NHS workforce.

The programme includes keynote talks on the 10‑year workforce plan, presented by Professor Sheona Macleod, National Director of Education and Training at NHS England, and on the future of the NHS and its implications for education, presented by Professor Sir Sam Everington OBE.

Alongside these sessions, you can choose from a range of interactive parallel workshops exploring curriculum development, assessment, public health, primary care education and student support. With plenty of time to connect with colleagues over refreshments and lunch, the day is designed to share best practice, spark new ideas and support those educating the healthcare professionals of the future.
