Save the date for our annual neighborhood cleanup in partnership with Union College on Saturday, April 25 starting at 10 a.m. until noon.We will meet at the Calvary Orthodox Church at 10 a.m. then split into groups and help cleanup various areas of the neighborhood, including West, Center and East Alleys along with some islands in the neighborhood.
Garbage and yard bags will be provided thanks to Price Chopper/Market 32, along with trash grabbers thanks to Union. Please bring gloves and a reusable water bottle (which can be filled at the church).
There will also be an Earth Day celebration in Central Park following our cleanup from noon to 4 p.m. along with other neighborhood associations and organizations. The event will feature food, music, kids' activities, and various community tables.
