Cincinnati Pride celebrates 52 years since the first gathering on Fountain Square in 1973. And while the gatherings across the country (and world) started as protests, demonstrations, rallies, and marches, these events have evolved into what are now Festivals. But don't get your history wrong... participating in Pride is participating in a demonstration. We celebrate life, love, and equality, together, as a colorful and diverse community. We remember those that came before us (both living and lost) and honor the trailblazers that have brought us this far.On June 28th, the next Cincinnati Pride Festival takes place downtown at Sawyer Point Park and Yeatman's Cove Park. We're having to be a little creative with the ongoing repairs and restorations happening under the 471 (Big Mac) Bridge but we're back!
Consider this your Save The Date and we'll add more details both on social media and on our website (www.cincinnatipride.org). Interested in vending with us? We may have a few spots left. Visit our website to check and register.
Happy Pride today, tomorrow, and forever after!
+ this event is a free, community program that is open to all ages. It is, however, a permitted event with the City of Cincinnati. The vendors participating within the festival have declared they are affirming to the LGBTQ+ community and have registered to be there. Please consider this before you shop or spend with any vendors in and around the park - we encourage you to shop with registered, official vendors at the Pride Festival. Any unauthorized vendors will be asked to leave the Park grounds.
+ free water available on-site... bring your own bottle and PLEASE STAY HYDRATED!
+ visit our different Zones, including Sober Zone, Teen Zone, Health & Wellbeing Zone, and more... there's a LOT to see and do at our Festival.
