Are you looking for fun, unique baking classes that are taught by a professional Pastry Chef that will help you become a more successful and more confident baker? Are you tired of going to the classes that have you just watch or work in a group setting and don't let you work on your own or take home any of the food? Annie's classes are hands on and everyone works individually. Why? The best way to learn is to do it yourself. You will create your own sweets and take home what you make in every class. You will also learn techniques to carry you beyond this class that will help builid your confidence and increaase your chances of success when you go and recreate these recipes on your own or apply the techniques to other baking recipes.
Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on in person BAGELS baking class in Berea at her baking school ! Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 18 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 8 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom. Annie has taught over 1500 classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.I am Ann LoParo, aka Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 18 years and I have been Teaching baking classes since 2018. I am excited to show you how to make delicious BAGELS FROM SCRATCH in just a few easy steps at my school in Berea.
I will go step by step through the process of making everything from start to finish and assembling their signature sweets.! Everyone will work individually and take home what they make. This class is limited to 10 people per class.

Every person that participates in the class is required to purchase a ticket.
This class is for anyone ages 10 and older. Anyone under age 18 does require a parental consent form to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. One form is required per student under age 18 .
By registering for the class, you consent to Annie's Signature Sweets LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time.

As always, my priority is the health and safety of everyone who attends my in-person baking classes. My goal is to provide a safe environment for all baking classes by implementing cleaning and sanitizing procedures recommended by local health officials.
Tips about in-person classes:
-Stay at home if you are feeling unwell
-Maintain safe distance from other participants.
-Masks are not required but encouraged.
-Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available for all participants.
