Annie is hosting a series of Baking demonstration classes where you will learn how to make Swiss meringue & French Buttercreams.
About this Event

Are you looking to advance your baking skills and learn how to make 2 buttercreams every baker should know?

I am Annie and I have been known to teach hands on baking classes at Cleveland's only baking school. My hands on baking classes are still available, however, due to popular demand, I have added some demonstration only classes that will cover different topics.

You will not be actively baking or making these recipes in this class, however, you will receive the recipes and a sample in each class that you attend.

Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has taught over 1200 baking classes since February 2018.

Annie will be demonstrating how to make 2 different types of buttercream in this class.

You will learn how to make Swiss Meringue buttercream and French Buttercream in this demonstration only class.

+++ This class is for anyone ages 10 and older. Anyone under age 18 does require a parental consent form to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. One form is required per student under age 18 .+++
