WHAT TO EXPECT
𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮.𝟰𝟱𝗺𝗶𝗻.
We begin with a gentle and grounding Kundalini Activation session.
This is a receptive process where you simply lie down and allow the body’s natural intelligence to open and rebalance your energy system. There is nothing you need to do - only receive.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸: After the activation, we take time to integrate.
You’re invited to rest, stay in silence, journal, or step outside for fresh air. This pause allows the experience to settle and prepares the body for the next phase.

𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟲𝟬.𝗺𝗶𝗻
We then move into Kundalini Meditation - an active meditation practice designed for the late afternoon or evening - when the sun goes down.
Through movement and presence, suppressed emotions and accumulated stress begin to dissolve. What was once held can transform into aliveness, clarity, and ease.
This meditation consists of four stages:
𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 → releasing stress and tension from the body
𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 → allowing energy to flow freely, awakening joy and vitality
𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 → witnessing and allowing energy to move inward - as vibrations and frequencies calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into deep relaxation.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 → integrating into deep relaxation & stillness. Simply lie down, rest, listen, and allow the body to unwind.
