WHAT TO EXPECT
𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟲𝟬𝗺𝗶𝗻: Through intense breathing, movement, sound, and stillness, you’re invited to drop the masks, break patterns, and access what’s been held beneath the surface.
This isn’t about sitting still and “finding peace.”
It’s about moving through chaos to arrive in clarity.
This meditation takes you through 5 different stages - from activation → expression → release → stillness → celebration.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸: After the meditation, we take time to integrate.
You’re invited to rest, stay in silence, journal, or step outside for fresh air. This pause allows the experience to settle and prepares the body for the next phase.
𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮.𝟰𝟱𝗺𝗶𝗻: A profound energetic transmission.
This is a receptive process where you simply lie down and allow the body’s natural intelligence to open and rebalance your energy system. There is nothing you need to do - only receive.
